SHIRT CARE:

The majority of our tees are printed on Comfort Colors C1717 Unisex Heavyweight tees. These tees are garment dyed, meaning they will release color for the first few washes. It is HIGHLY recommended that you wash your tees with like colors and on COLD. It is also recommended to hang dry to promote longevity. Also be aware that one of the features of this tee is that it gets softer and softer with each wash, but this also means there will be slight fading. 

SHIRT FIT:

All shirts are unisex and true to size. Please reference the sizing charts to be sure of measurements. If you'd prefer an oversized look, size up 1 or 2 sizes.

SHIPPING:

All orders (other than pre-orders and stickers) are shipped within 3 weeks through First Class Mail. If the order weighs more than 1lb, it will be upgraded to Priority. With Covid19, mail has been much slower and unpredictable. Please allow for longer shipping times.

Sticker orders are shipped via snail mail and do not have a tracking number. Please be patient with these orders as they are slower to arrive!

PRE-ORDERS: If you ordered an item that was listed as a pre-order, that means the item was not printed at the time of your purchase. Pre-orders are open for a certain window of time (as listed on each listing) and then once the window is closed, the item is ordered. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your item.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards are a fun and easy way to send a gift to someone when you don't know their size or what design they might want. All gift cards are virtual. A code will be generated and sent to your email, where you can either print it out or forward to the receiver. Gift cards are non-refundable.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Since all apparel is made to order, items cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a mistake on Bookshelf Tees’ part. All shipping back is paid by the customer unless we Bookshelf Tees made a mistake. 

If you’d like to return your item, you may return it for store credit only and it must be returned within 14 days of receiving or no store credit will be given.

 LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

If you believe that your order has been stolen from your porch or delivered to the wrong address, please ask your neighbors/neighborhood app to see if it was delivered incorrectly. 9 times out of 10 it was put in the wrong mailbox or given to your neighbor. If you still cannot find it, please contact USPS and file a claim. Once packages have been shipped with USPS it is now on USPS to provide a refund for you.
